Clear fields after mouse click

  • Hello Kevin, thank you for the plugin, it is awesome, but i have suggestion about input forms. When you click into form, there remains default text. That’s not comfortable. Clearing the fields increase usability very much. I’m not an programmer, but i was able to do it simple, by replacing “value” variables of fields to “placeholder” in katb_shortcodes.php. The only inconvenience is that values of fields not saving if something filled wrong. I think you can do it in a more right way ??. Thank you.

    Hi Aleksman, Brilliant. I spent so long trying to fiddle those things to disappear until I finally came across your post here. I still couldn’t get it into the actual Testimonial text field so I just removed the label there altogether. But the others are working fine. Thanks so much. However I do notice in the documentation I have seen on the plugin that it shows screenshots of forms with the labels outside the fields. I would love that but it doesn’t seem to be an option. No mind; you have solved my biggest problem.
