Clear DB Message?

  • OK so I updated PHP to 7.2, WP and DIVI to the latest, and it was working but now I cannot access.

    lakesregionteaparty.net/lrtp is either missing or incomplete and if I try to do https://lakesregionteaparty.net/lrtp/wp-admin/install.php I get this msg:

    WordPress Already Installed

    You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.

    Log In`

    But I can’t log in. I get a 404.
