    Hi Guys

Strange one this as we use CE for every site and searched to see if anyone has come across this error.

We have one admin who can see the option: Clear Cache – Page specific/Completely, we always change this to Page specific as we don’t need the whole cache cleared.

When another admin logs in on their machine and looks for that option on a post or page, they do not have that option, so the cache is clearing by default as they can;t set it to page specific.

Can anyone suggest why one admin on one computer can see this option and another admin can not when logged in as their admin user on their computer.

This is a silly issue so i’m hoping someone can prove i am just being silly!

  • Is it always the same admins that can and can’t see the options? Or does the appearance of the optiosn fluctuate?

Also do you have any user role plugins installed that change the viewing permissions based on the user?

No user or role plugins installed. Simple designated admins.

We only have two admins on different machines.

The original site admin can see that option.

The newly created admin can not see that option on their post or pages.

To add i’m not sure how but i’m sure its to do with their chrome browser on their machine as if i log in as either admin on our machine we can see that option appear, so it does appear to be a browser display issue, rather than their admin having the correct privileges. Very strange.

Do they receive any console errors? Also have they tried testing in another browser?
