Clear cache from custom PHP function

My WordPress applications has custom PHP functions that set custom categories which the page rendering loops use to render content. As the normal WordPress save and update post functions are not used WP Fastest Cache has no way of detecting these changes so that caches can be cleared.

Can you recommend an action hook that I can use in my PHP functions to initiate a delete cache command.
