This is going to be a long question and story so please bear with me.

[ Moderator note: moved to Fixing WordPress. ]

I updated my theme, posted new content and it didn’t show up on my blog. I even cleared all browsers cache and cookies, used WP total cache and WP super cache to clear everything I can.
I contacted my domain host and they can’t figure out the problem.
The funny thing is, when I forced refresh on a windows computer (CTRL+F5), the new theme showed up. But when I forced refresh on a Mac (Command + R) nothing happens, it still stays the same.
Also, when I click on my menu tab (about / talk to me) it brings me to the new theme, but when I click on my home tap (MinneeMe) it shows the old theme.
Another weird thing is, I tried on my mobile browser and it shows the new theme. The domain host technician advised that it might be ISP problem because he is in the US and it works completely fine for him. So I get my friend from another country to try on his computer he has the same problem as I do, but when he try it on his mobile browser it’s fine.
Some advice me to contact the theme developer, but I even tried to change my theme to a WordPress default theme, and it still has the same problem, it still remains to be the same old theme.
Can someone please help me on this matter, this is driving me crazy ??
    My website is minneeme.com
The old theme should have a colourful line on the header with my name in the middle; while the new theme should have a more minimalist look, just plain white with my name on top left corner.

    Hello there!
Sorry for hear about your issue. :/
It seems to be a cache problem.
Are you using two caching plugins on your site?
If you are using W3 Total Cache, try to go to Page Cache. There is an option to unselect caching of front page.
Also, did you try to empty all caches and deactivated the plugins?
    Please let me know!

    Hello @minneeme

just to add to what @joaomino kindly wrote above.

I see X-Proxy-Cache in your response headers.

This may be an indication of server-based caching (Beyond WordPress)

This will still serve cached pages even if you don’t have any caching plugins.

The cache for your homepage has this expiration date:

    Wed, 22 Feb 2017 04:53:10 GMT

I know you said you already talked to your hosting provider, but you need to talk them again. whoever you spoke to seams to be incompetent.

Talk to your hosting provider about

    1- purging the proxy-cache

2- Disabling ngix proxy-caching to prevent this from happening again

(if you disable ngix caching you will need to implement an alternative caching solution and there are many plugins that handle that)

Once you take care of that, you should also clear your browser cache.

    Thanks for that J09.

I am talking to the host provider and copied what you suggested. THey said they have disabled all cache for me but still seeing the issue there. :/ I have clear my browser a few times and still no changes.

Do you think if I change the hosting provider to a new one and transfer everything to the new site will probably fix the problem?
