Clear cache breaks the gateway communication

Hi, I have a Woocommerce and I′d like to know if when you clear cache at the same moment that a customer is making a purchase and making the payment, the communication with the gateway can be broken and so the gateway can not update the order from “Waiting payment” to “Processing” in my dashboard.

If is the case, what can I do?
