    What cache? Plugin doesn’t use cache by default at all, and if you use Query cache, just disable it, but it is disabled by default.

    Seems there is a wrong cache on version 3.1
    when a post rated; all not logged in users see this message:
    “You voted x, x hours ago.”

    You most likely use some cache plugin. if that is the case, enable Dynamic Load for plugin Settings -> Extensions.

    Occurs when set Verification to Cookie Only.
    I have tested this at localhost without any cache plugin
    enable Dynamic Load not solve issue

    If you are testing this in the same browser when logged in and logged out, the cookie is still there (that’s the point of cookie), and logged out users will see the message that they voted because there is a cookie about that.

    If you test with localhost, use multiple browsers to check out.

    I am testing in incognito window or private window!
