Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.
-
Hi, I’ve been searching for a precise description of this option: (Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.) but I haven’t found it.
Does “Clear all cache files” refers to ALL cached files?, so if I update / create a single post in a 10k posts site all 10k posts cached files will be deleted? And if I add/edit 30 new posts a day then all 10k posts cached files (or as many as the pre-loader had time to re-generate) will be deleted 30 times a day?
I have always hoped that it means that just the one post cached files (maybe related posts/pages/sidebars) get deleted, but anyway I search for the answer with no luck everytime I remember about it.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards
