If we follow your suggestion, it will move ALL the top panel buttons to the widget, but our idea is to move ONLY the “Clear ALL” button and keep the other top panel buttons as they are.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.
But “Clear ALL” button – it’s a normal reset button
