At least a handful of users attempting to sign up on our website are rejected as spam attacks each week, and we would like to be able to set a minimum threshold for the number of detected “spam attacks” that disqualifies a signup, as we’re getting a lot of these false positives. We have enabled cookies in the Cleantalk settings which we were previously advised to do, but we are still seeing these rejections of valid users, eg https://cleantalk.org/blacklists/212.36.43.68

How can we allow these users to register without Cleantalk rejecting them?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @zefrem23,

I looked into the website requests based on the URL you provided and I see it’s a cache related issue. Please, go to the settings of the plugin LiteSpeed Cache and set all cache lifespan to 24 hours or less. Then refresh your website cache.

It should fix the issue. Did it help you?

Hi Serge, thanks for the quick reply! I’ve set all the cache lifetimes in Litespeed to 24 hours now and purged the caches, I’ll need to monitor signups over a 24-hour period or so to see if we get anymore false positives, but I’ll report back here either way.

    Many thanks!!
