Hi, I cannot figure out the correct settings for this website. The Mailchimp signup form refuses too many users from signing up when CleanTalk is activated. When such an entry is submitted, nothing is visible on the front-end. No error notification.

In the logs I see this:
    Most often:

*** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. ***
*** Forbidden. Your IP belongs to a high spam risk network. Please, try again without VPN. ***
*** Forbidden. You sent forms too often. Please wait a few minutes. ***

I tried several different settings. LiteSpeed cache is enabled on the site, but even when I deactivate LiteSpeed, CleanTalk disables the signup form.

Since the signup form is very important for this site right now, I installed a free anti spam plugin temporarily, but this is making me nervous.

I need the right set of setting combinations to make both CleanTalk and the signup form work correctly at the same time.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello.

I have checked the Anti-Spam settings on your website and tested the web form on the main page. My test request went well. You set the ‘Set cookies’ to Off recently, and it worked. Please, do not change this setting.

If you still face false positives, please mark them Not Spam/Spam in your Anti-Spam logs and let us know, we will analyze marked requests.
