CleanTalk redirect to spam check page

    Hi,

    The website owner seems to be redirected to the spam check page every time he visits the website. May I know why this is happening? I seldom notice this on my end.

    What I did earlier was to whitelist his IP. My concern is if this will happen frequently to our site visitors.

    Please advise.

    Hello @brodneil

    It seems something blocks cookies setting on the page or the owner visits the website using incognito mode each session.

    You can try witch cookies type to the alternative.

    WordPress dashboard -> Plugins -> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk -> Settings -> Advanced settings -> Data Processing -> Set cookies, set to “Use alternative mechanism for cookies”

    Also, I’ve copied some of your Anti-Spam whitlisted addresses to your SpamFireWall whitelist.

    If this does not help, contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open to share the exact IP address of the owner, we will see what we can do.
