    Hello
We have been getting at least 4 or 5 spams a day registering on our website.
Clean talk is not helping particularly when I am seeing that it is not blocking any the month of July.

In fact, the problem is the cleantalk plugin is no longer there. I couldn’t find it in the settings and I couldn’t find it in the installed plugins.
When I tried to download and reinstall, it wouldn’t let me reinstall stating that “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”.
    My website is https://www.mehsa.org.
    Thanks,
    Myo

    Hello, Myo.

    Thank you for the information.

Please, log in to your hosting account, go to your WordPress site folder here:
    <WordPress-root>/wp-content/plugins/

Then delete the folder “cleantalk-spam-protect”. The error should go away.

After folder deletion install the plugin by following this instruction:
    https://cleantalk.org/install?platform=wordpress

Please, inform us if you have any issues.

    Best wishes.
