CleanTalk marking support posts as resolved when they’re not (for over a month)

Be careful with reading these support posts if you see them marked as resolved or if you look at stats with regard to how fast or well these guys test and fix their plugin.

I have had a service issue with the plugin that indicates it has not gone through basic testing and as a security plugin that’s really amazing.

The communication has been pretty terrible and after two months we are nowhere close to seeing the issue get resolved.
