Cleantalk is blocking real customer as a spam user

    Hi:

    Cleantalk is really doing good for our site but we have a concern too. That is, we are seeing Cleantalk is most of times blocking our real customer registration or search or comment request. This is seriously impacting our real new customer registration and as well as customer’s product posting too. Could you please suggest what we can do for this to increase the real customer registration?
