I have created an automated MailChimp campaign using my blog’s RSS feed. Now (today) for some reason, they are telling me that their IP addresses are being blocked by our site’s firewall. CleanTalk is the only firewall I have installed.

SO… where/how do I whitelist the IPs they’ve provided? I can’t find it in my CT dashboard or in the plugin settings in my WordPress dashboard.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello, @jamesdonegan

    Thank you for your request.

Please, let us know a few examples of blocked IP addresses.

    1. If these IP addresses were blocked by anti-spam service you can add them to your personal white lists. The guide is here:
    https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage

I also recommend you to disable the option “Check all POST data” in plugin settings.

WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> disable the option “Check all post data” —> Save Changes.

    2. If the IP addresses were blocked by spamfirewall then we need to know them to add them to exclusions.
