    Hello,

This is a support ticket, not a post on a public forum, but for some reason when I clicked to submit a support ticket, I came to this link. If this is actually a post on a public forum, can you please direct me to instructions on how to submit a support ticket?

    The ticket is as follows:

We have been using CleanTalk for some months, successfully, but there is one very odd occurrence which happens repeatedly. That is that every once in a while, the plugin stops working and we get a deluge of spam. Dozens or hundreds of spam emails may come in before we are able to get back to the computer and log on to our website to find out what is wrong.

Then, each time, we find out that the plugin has deactivated itself, without us deactivating it. This even happens when we have not logged on to the website.

I have contacted my webhost and they can not find any reason for this on their end.

The last time this happened was about two days ago. I did notice that we received an email from CleanTalk (about an hour after the spam started flooding in, I believe) that stated “Plugins autoupdate report for your sites”

Can you please assist me to resolve this so that the plugin ceases to deactivate itself?
