cleantalk blocks submitting form from abroad?

Hi,
My client in the Netherlands encountered a problem when their client tried to make a booking, while he is staying in France. The booking was blocked. The message: “Forbidden. Dangerous network. Try again without VPN.” He tried to make the reservation several times and also on different smartphones, tablets and computers, but the message was the same. They did not use a VPN but a normal ADSL connection. I tested the (WP Booking) form from the Netherlands and I did not have any problems sending it. So the problem only happens abroad. Why? Hope you can help me. Thanks in advance!
