Cleantalk blocking url from my website

Cleantalk is blocking my app from accessing the home page

meteorologistjoecioffi.com/index.php/mobileapp/?appp=3lang.en

I keep getting webpage not available could not be loaded because NET:ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE

All the other pages on the app are working fine

Also having trouble figuring out how to add an ip to the whitelist
