Cleantalk blocking all entries

The plugin is blocking all submitted entries.
Although it is showing countrer of blocked entries on admin bar at the top, it is not showing any log in cleantalk dashboard (https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests?service_id=379547&int=week)
I have disabled the plugin untill the issue is resolved.
