    Every time I log in, it says that the code has been sent to my email, however it never arrives. It’s not in either my regular mail nor in my junk folder. Help please!

    Hello @kateschwanke.

    Please check the functionality of the mail server on your website. The verification codes are sent by the website.

    You can disable 2fa on the website via the CleanTalk dashboard. This article will help you: https://cleantalk.org/help/two-factor-auth.

    I am unable to log into the WordPress Dashboard for my website because of this, so I cannot access that page. Do you have a way to look into what the issue is? Thank you

    As @eugenecleantalk already mentioned CleanTalk does not send emails with the 2FA verification codes. You need to check the functionality of the mail server of your website.

    Anyway, you can deactivate the 2FA option from your CleanTalk Dashboard.

    Go to your CleanTalk Dashboard and do the following:

    1. Switch to your Security Dashboard: Menu “Services” —> choose “Site Security“.

    Direct link: https://cleantalk.org/my?cp_mode=security

    2. Find your website and click the link “Settings” under its name.

    3. Disable the option “2-Factor Authentication” and click the button “Update“.

    If it is already disabled then click the button “Update” right away.

    Does it work?
