Cleantalk antispam no longer working

    Hi
    I have been receiving 20 spam emails every morning .Cleantalk anti spam system not working. Can you fix it as I paid for this service.

    We need to know the webform you are receiving spam from, the webform plugin, and some examples of spam requests.

    How do I access the private ticket .
    The link you have provided takes me to the same page as I have already used.

    Why it has to be so difficult. I have paid for service which does not work.

    So disappointed!!!!!

    Simply dont make my life more difficult, provide AntiSpam protection you have received the payment for.

    To attach a foto is not allowed action on this forum. I can’t see the photo.

    You should see the special interface. There you can attach the photo and provide us with missed spam examples (email addresses of the senders are enough)
