CleanTalk Anti Crawler loops on URL redirect

    I have CleanTalk on the domain aesensual.com.
    I have another domain that I redirect to one of the pages on aesensual.com

    But when I try to load that other domain in my browser, instead of redirecting, I get a page that says:

    Anti-Crawler Protection is activated for your IP …..

    The page counts down from 3, 2, 1, and just keeps repeating. It never redirects to the proper page.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi,

    We’re experiencing the same behavior with version 5.152.4, which seems to be the latest (no updates offered in the dashboard). We disabled the plugin and the issue went away.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it anew:

    I had the developer re-install as instructed as I could no longer reach the site. She is able to access and has not seen the countdown screen since. Seems I am now the only one who still can’t get to the site. Same for the one other site where we had installed the plugin. Seems to be related to my IP, though it still doesn’t come up in the blacklist here: https://cleantalk.org/blacklists

    Actually, I switched from wireless to cell data and was able to get to the site on my phone and I still get the looping countdown screen (anti-crawler protection)
