    Its a browser issue that occurs in a very rare configuration (we’ve never been able to reproduce it). If your customer could contact us at [email protected] we might finally understand this well enough to address it in the future.

    John, my customer asked for and received a full refund. Her comment was that we’d both already spent too much time on this issue. I now have nothing to lose with her, so I’ll forward your email to her. Perhaps she’ll soften her heart and cooperate, but I doubt it. Shame, really–I hated to lose her business . . .
