Cleaning plugins

  • I made a site for a client that has since loaded many plugins that I don’t know about. I can easily see which are installed and/or active, but is there a way to tell if they are actually being used?

    Nope, not easily. Unfortunately, the best way is to disable them, one at a time, and see what breaks. If it appears nothing breaks, leave it disabled for a while before deleting it. And be sure to make backups throughout the process.
