Cleaner shows false positives in connection to hotlinking

For example:
* https://github.com/filipe-silva/WPMovieLibrary-Hotlink-Movie-Poster
Generates Hotlink in Images (essentially for WPMovieLibrary)

The Cleaner seems only to check local space and false positive external hotlinked files.

I don’t want that the plugin checks the existence of external files, but the plugin could simply ignore the files that source begins with https:// or https:// .
