Cleaner gallery LightBox broken after WordPress 4.4

  • The Cleaner Gallery does not work correctly after the WordPress 4.4 update :

    • Only the last image’s caption is displayed, and it’s not displayed in the same place as before
    • the lightbox element does not work anymore : a click on an image links to the media page, not to a light box display

    I deactivated Cleaner Gallery and now use Jetpack -tiled galleries together with WP Featherlight. It works.
