cleanapp mobile menu wrong links

  • HI,

    Using a theme called CleanApp from MyThemeShop.

    On mobile devices when you click on a menu entry almost all of them take you to the wrong link.

    On desktop works fine.

    I have found that the issue only occurs when you have sub menu items. if i take off all the sub menu items and just have top level menu items, the links work fine,

    is there any solution to fix this?

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://community.mythemeshop.com/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    yes i know it tried there but the free suppot included in the licence i bought has expired and i cant seem to find a way to create a new thread on that forum
