    They are both equivalent. The strange %D8%A7%D9 version is actually safer to use in all communications. Not all communications support Arabic or Persian text in URLs. The %D8%A7%D9 version is the URL encoded version of your Persian URL. If it’s appearing in your shared communication, it’s likely Arabic text is not supported and you should probably let it be. When users follow it, their browser will transform it back to Persian.

    If you want to convert the %D8%A7%D9 version back to Persian without following the link, there are online URL decoders like urldecoder.io
