Clean up the GA output code

Hi. Could you clean up the code that the plugin outputs in the header?
Currently this is what the plugin produces (in the site I’m working on):
https://i.imgur.com/AGu6Amn.pngIf you take out the comment, bad indentation, double script tag and blank lines you can easily make it much prettier, like so:
https://i.imgur.com/EljDOpF.pngThe GA code itself could perhaps also be updated/improved. Google now delivers this “isogram” code (https://laravel.io/bin/bMMx), and there also this even tinier one (https://laravel.io/bin/GOOJ). Now I’m no Analytics or JavaScript expert so maybe these lack some functions that your plugin adds but I wanted to mention them because they look a bit better.
I know this not important to 99.9% of users but I’m a proponent of clean code and I thought why not ask.
