Clean Talk stopped working

    Clean Talk security and Antispam have suddenly stopped working.

    Errors: 2024-01-08 09:43:44: Access key validating: Failed to retry API request 2024-01-08 09:43:52: Sending security logs: Failed to retry API request 2024-01-08 09:44:41: An error occurred while updating the signature table: WRONG_VERSION_FILE 2024-01-08 09:44:49: Sending firewall logs: Failed to retry API request 2024-01-08 09:44:49: Updating firewall: FW UPDATE INIT: KEY_IS_NOT_VALID 2024-01-08 09:44:56: Service customization: Failed to retry API request

    I need support to get this resolved. It slow downs my site.

    Hello.

    Please clear the website cache and then click the button ‘Synchronize with Cloud’ in the CleanTalk lugin’s settings (go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam or Security by CleanTalk —> gray button on the top of the page). Wait for a few minutes then refresh the page and check the

    If this doesn’t help try to deactivate the CleanTalk plugin with the Complete Deactivation option. This option will reset all plugin settings.

    1. WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam or Security by CleanTalk —> Advanced or General Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
    2. Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security? by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Activate
    3. Enter the access key and wait for the end of synchronization.
