Clean talk php error

    Hi,

    We have had to deactivate clean talk across all of our sites due to the below PHP error, this was causing a critical error on our sites.

    PHP Warning: rmdir(/nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/uploads/cleantalk_fw_files_for_blog_1/): Directory not empty in /nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk.php on line 1745

    Hello,

    What version of the plugin caused the issue? Did you try to deactivate the plugin with the “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again?

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Hi I have applied the above changes:

    we are getting the below errors:

    PHP Warning: unlink(/nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/uploads/cleantalk_fw_files_for_blog_1//index.php): Permission denied in /nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk.php on line 1726

    PHP Warning: unlink(/nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/uploads/cleantalk_fw_files_for_blog_1//index.php): Permission denied in /nas/content/live/cavalieraustra/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect/cleantalk.php on line 1709

    Can you please advise the best PHP for cleantalk?

    Hello,

    Please install the fixed version

    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    And add define(‘APBCT_SFW_FORCE_DIRECT_UPDATE’, true); to wp-config.php.

    Then press the Syncronize with Cloud button here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk
