Clean Talk Not Working All the Time

Client was getting a lot of spam, so I installed CleanTalk… and it started to pick up some spam, but still several are getting through and they are blank or they are foreign, so how are these getting through?
Yes, I installed it per the directions. I did a test with the email you noted in another thread.. but it negates the point that spam from other countries, in another language or nothing in the fields are getting through.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
