Clean Install Plugin

  • Hello,

    I have some problems with the free version of the plugin. I’m using the same theme and same plugins in two of my blogs. In one blog everything works fine. But in my other blog few options in the form editor is not showing up. I tried deactivating all the plugins, Switching to default theme etc. But nothing worked. In the form editor the publication tab is not functional. It is not showing any posts. Power up is not showing up. May be a clean installation will solve this issue. Kindly guide me to do it. Or please tell me where the plugin writes data in the database. I have found it in Wp_posts and Wp_postmeta. Anywhere else the data is stored?

    Hi Pradeep,

    The main data written is in posts and post meta tables in WordPress database. There is also a table created for stat tracking that is wp_fca_eoi_activity table. Let us know if you have any further questions or issues.
