Clean install misses layout (see photo)

  • I have similar issues with a clean install of WP3.8.1 – it appears that the css and/or js of the admin section are not loading (the navigation of the dashboard is showing up as unordered lists). I’ve tried reinstalling but the result is the same. Any ideas?

    What host are you using? I’m using lunarpages

    After installing I went back in to the ftp to see if there were files missing from the CSS (I manually added each file due to issues with FTP) and I was missing a few, I added them but it’s still not working

    I GOT IT TO WORK!

    This may not help you considering I manually uploaded each file and most people don’t have to do that however…………for some reason I named my css folders “CSS” instead of “css” as soon as I went back through and fixed that everything changed
