Clean Database – Media with no file

  • My question is this. I had a zillion extra images in the media uploads directory which I just did a linux find rm wildcard for the unused sizes.

    Now I have those images still existing within the database since I didn’t do it through WordPress.

    Does your plugin check for the file existence and if not, delete it from the databse ?
