• I bought the pro version of this plugin and am very happy with it. It is easy to customize and their support docs are some of the best I have ever seen. Well done.

    The only downside is their support is a bit sluggish. I submitted a ticket and got one response and then heard nothing. I had to submit a second ticket in order to get my issue fixed. They fixed it which is great, but it took multiple tickets.

    Still though, great docs (which means fewer support tickets), clean code and easy to customize (as long as you are good with shortcode). Nice work Barn2

    I’m sorry to hear of your experience with our support team. As a senior member, I reviewed your recent support requests regarding the issue you reported. From the timestamps of the replies, I believe the sluggishness you described can be attributed to the time difference between your location and our UK business hours (one of your replies was sent late on a Friday night) + our lack of weekend support hours. Your support request and follow up messages were attended to and the issue was resolved on the Monday morning, UK time.

    We’ll take this as feedback for the possibility of including weekend support hours.
