Classima store can’t manange

    Hi,
    I have a classima pro theme..and classified listing pro too which is provide classima theme….. on my website I can’t upload any listing on my store even don’t upload the store logo and banner…how can I fixed that problem?

    i update themes and all the plugins….but there are not change ….for begun i pay the theme cost ….and now the developer aren’t available for COVID-19 reason…..he knows the theme key and everything…and that’s why i couldn’t activate your support forum..do you help me?

    I have the same problem. Classima Pro. I am trying to add a store logo and a banner to the store but it is not possible. I updated the theme and plugins and nothing.
