classiera theme not showing sub categories

  • I am running the classiera classified theme on WP, but i can not figure out why the subcategories in the POST NEW AD option are not showing, i have place sub categories in the system and waited to see if they would update, they have not an i am not sure what function may be at fault, any advice welcome.

    not only are the sub categories not showing up, but the photos, when they are chosen, they do NOT show up in the setup for the ad either.

  • I’m not seeing that theme in the WordPress repository, and it sounds as if it’s a custom post type (which is not allowed in themes here), so you need to find the theme’s support forum and ask there.

    Did you ever find out what was the issue I have the same problems and can not see sub categories when try to submit a post in Classiera.
