Classic WP Editor – no more NextGEN Gal?

    I have tried to follow thru on all things before creating this topic.

    have been using NextGEN gallery on my website: madamefritzie.info since 2013. Yesterday I moved my website to a new web host and now I find that all my galleries are “Kaput” do not work and there are quite a number of them on my website. It looks like even though I have installed “the Classic Editor plugin” because my entire website uses only the classic editor and there is no reason to change that >> NextGEN gallery no longer supports the old classic editor format, and I am stuck looking for another way to re-do all the galleries on my website?
    Well, if true, I wish I’d known and I do not understand why the galleries worked just fine when my website was working on Hostgator – Yesterday, but they will not work on SiteGround – today.
    PLEASE IF THERE IS A WAY TO FIX THIS, BEFORE I GIVE UP AN LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT FOR NextGEN gallery. LET ME KNOW.

    These are the recommendations while you are moving your galleries into a new hosting provider. In your particular case, the option will be “Moving the whole site”.
    Did you perform those tasks?

    Thanks Gabi for the reply.
    In the meantime, my “more technical person” found that files had not moved to the new hosting provider. So obviously, the process did not include a full backed up of files….
    He got it all working again, now that the missing files have been found and added.
    And I have a complete backup from the old hosting provider, in case of any other problems.
    We can close this thread.
