• Our provider is using WordPress version: 6.0.2 and the Classic Editor is not functioning, it hasn’t worked for at least 6 months. When I click on the Fusion Page Builder button, which activated the Classic Editor, nothing happens. I’m not a coder so this is causing a major problem for me. Any help is greatly appreciated ??

  • Hi @acastone210 are you having trouble editing your site using the Fusion Page Builder plugin?

I activated the plugin on my site and it seems I am able to access the page builder using the button you mentioned.

There might be a conflict on your site, please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you are worried about how your site will look when you deactivate the plugin, you can use the Health Check plugin to troubleshoot your site?Health Check

Thanks for your response! The Fusion Page Builder is supposed to display a lot of options to help with your page development, you can insert a box to upload a photo, you can insert a text box that allows you to type directly into the box without any PHP coding required, etc. Do you use the Classic Editor Plug-In developed by WordPress Contributers?

I do know that the Fusion Page Builder is a part of the Avada Theme which our Host is using. They are running Avada 4.0.3 so I’m not sure if it’s the Theme that they need to update or something else.

Have you had then chance to check your console for any JS errors?

I would suggest updating to the latest available version of Avada & Fusion Page Builder and if the problem persists, reach out to them directly.
