    Hello,

You cannot replace (copy/paste) a text or emoji using the classic editor without loosing all text. It was working fine before version 1.20.0. Thanks

    Hi @boabo,

We tried copy+pasting on the classic editor but couldn’t reproduce the issue you described.

    See our test here: https://share.zight.com/ApuqzpYL

Are you on the latest version of Popup Maker? Could you send us a video of the exact issue you see?

You can send us a ticket via Support Request – Popup Maker if you want to send more information privately.

We’ll wait for your email! ??

Thank you for the video. At first glance, I see that we don’t use the same classic editor. I’m using the classic editor as a block in gutenberg: 1) type to choose block 2) search for classic 3) add classic

I’m using the classic editor as the “align text middle” never worked in gutenberg for your popups.

If you cannot replicate the issue, i will send a video. Thanks

Note: i also enabled Block Editor Support in settings/general and all plugins have been updated to latest version

    Hi @boabo,

    Thanks for the clarification.

We redid the test with the same setup as you described, and we’re still able to copy+paste without issues.

We also tried alignment using the standard paragraph block in Gutenberg and were able to center the text without issues.

Feel free to send us a recording so we can take a closer look. You can send us a ticket via?Support Request – Popup Maker?if you want to send more information privately.

    Hello Kim,

I solved my two issues by simply disabling Block Editor Support in settings/general ??

Thank you for your time and videos which were very helpful.
