Classic Editor appears to be the reason behind 500 error.

  • Hello,
    after installing the classic editor, I receive a 500 error page when trying to update a page. If I deactivate the plug-in, the error resolves.
    Are there any reasons behind this?

    Unfortunately it’s really hard to tell what’s going on with a 500 error. Best bet is to look at the server’s error logs. If you don’t have access to the error log through your hosting control panel, perhaps email your webhosting company’s support and ask them to send them to you.

    got the same error – strange, I hope the classic editor plugin is not messed up !

    One of my sites is buggy. When I try to type a post, sometimes it types backwards, or the whole article disappears.
