Classic Blogging Editor Overriding my Visual Composer. Please Help!

I purchased a the theme, “The Fox”, for my site. With the theme came Visual Composer(WP Bakery) and I have used it now for a couple years. I never purchased copy of Visual Composer, I only used the version that came with my theme.

Now, when I go to edit a page or create a new page, I see the Visual Composer editing tools but when I use it and save it and preview it, nothing happens. The only thing that will work is the classic blog editing mode. All of the previous work done with Visual Composer is a bunch of short code within the classic blog editing mode now.

How can I fix this problem and go back to using the editing tool?
