    Hi,

I’ve installed Dokan and when activated I’m getting the below error

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: range out of order in character class at offset 37 in /wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 223

Warning: preg_match(): Compilation failed: range out of order in character class at offset 37 in /wp-includes/class-wp.php on line 224

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /wp-includes/class-wp.php:223) in /wp-includes/functions.php on line 6360

Permalinks are set correctly and when Dokan is disabled the error doesn’t appear. The only page it doesn’t appear is the home page and admin dashboard.

  • Hello @darrenmym ,

I am sorry to know about this error.

Can you please check while having Dokan activated only? It can come from a compatibility issue related to other plugins.

    Let me know the update.

    Thank you ??

    Hi,

I’ve disabled all plugins, and reverted to the standard TwentyTwentyOne theme. The issue still remains.

The only active plugin is Dokan, and the issue remains.

    Thanks

    Hello @darrenmym ,

It looks like a PHP version issue with me.

If you are a Dokan Pro user please contact our support with your site details.

    We will take a look.

    Thank you ??

    Hi Rashed,

I found the cause, it turns out it was user error…

When configuring Dokan the wizard isn’t clear whether to include the full URL and shortcodes for store pages or not. If you complete it with the full URL and format, it allows it but then causes the errors on the account page.

It also breaks the dashboard links.

But, the good news is that it’s fixed (although it may be worth looking at the wizard and the documentation to make it a bit clearer going forward).

    I’ll mark this as resolved.

    Thanks
