Class ‘C_Photocrati_Cache’ not found

    Hi,

    We are trying to restore our site. But we are facing this error
    Error thrown

    Class ‘C_Photocrati_Cache’ not found

    can you please help on how to resolve this.

    We will update the wordpress and plugin once we are able to login.. but now we cant even login

    I’ve currently deactivated the nextgen gallery plugin. please let me know how to solve this issue.

    @nishanth13 – Given you noted you are trying to restore you site I would gather this means you had a significant problem forcing you to restore it.

    As is, you can remove the /nextgen-gallery/ folder, log into your WordPress installation and visit Plugins > Installed Plugins to ensure it has been deactivated (and deleted). Then go under Plugins > Add New … Search for “NextGEN Gallery” to re-install and re-activate the plugin. Your galleries, images, etc. should be returned to normal afterward.
