    Hi,

It seems like there is a clash between Forminator and the Trust Payments plugin. When the trust payments plugin is activated, the form elements within a forminator form don’t appear. It looks like the elements remain set to display:none in the css.

I’ve flagged this to trust payments, but also putting here in case there is something you can do to resolve.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @delanthear

I hope you are doing well today.

Can you share URL of this plugin and let us know if this is free or paid plugin? If this is paid one we will need core to replicate this issue on our side.

Please email us at: [email protected]

    Hi @delanthear

    Thank you for response!

I have installed this plugin on my test site, along with current Forminator version and Twenty Twenty Three theme.

I didn’t notice any issues there: I could create new forms and edit existing ones and forms are showing just fine on front-end.

I suppose I’m either missing something here or there is something more involved in that conflict.

Are there any additional steps we should follow to replicate the issue?

Did you try switching theme on site and/or disabling other plugins as well to make sure the conflict is only between Forminator and that Trust Payments plugin?

    Kind regards,
    Adam

Hi, I’ve done a bit more digging. Our site is a WordPress MU site but I don’t think that’s related.

Basically if I’m running Twenty Twenty Two, with Forminator, Woocommerce and Trust Payments installed, the form won’t load.

It has to have both Woocommerce and Trust Payments installed for it to fail. Forminator and Woocommerce on their own is fine. Forminator and Trust Payments on their own is fine, it needs both Trust Payments and Woocommernce activated.

I hope that’s enough to replicate!

    Hi @delanthear

    Thanks for response!

I did some more testing and at first I still wasn’t able to replicate this but eventually I found out that – at least on my end – it seems to be happening only if the form is NOT set to be loaded via ajax.

In “Behavior” settings of the form, under “Rendering” section there’s a toggle for “Load form using AJAX” – if you enable it, update the form and clear all cache, it should start working.

Would you try it, please, and update us here if it works for you then?

    Best regards,
    Adam

Hi, yeah that works as a work around. We usually don’t enable that as we’ve seen some problems with forms in the other direction with it enabled! ?? Not on this site though.

I am happy to know that the issue is not showing up on this website. However, wouldn’t you mind please create a ticket with more details regarding the issue that you notice when you enable the “Load form using AJAX” option so that we could check things further?

Hi, I can’t remember the reasoning now. Might have been an old clash with Complianz? It’s just set that way in our import file we use for setting up forms.

    Hi @delanthear

    Hope you are doing fine.

There was a previous report related to a conflict between Forminator and Complianz but it has been solved in the latest plugin updates.

In case you find any other issues related to that plugin combination please open a new ticket, our team will be glad to provide further assistance.

    Kind regards

    Hello @delanthear ,

We haven’t heard from you for several days now, so it looks like you don’t have more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
    Kasia
