Clash with theme "picolight"

No problems in my live site. Everything works properly.
My development site is running on SME Server 9.0 at home. In an ibay, so the wordpress installation is located in servername/topsoc/html/ but accessed from a browser is by http:/servername/topsoc/
The white screen of death occurs with the picolight Appearance options Customize, Header and Background.
On the live site those three options go to

I need the options Register Plus Redux provides. Short of temporarily deactivating it every time I want to access those three picolight Appearance options, any suggestions?
