Clash with Stripe in WPForms

    Hi,
    On the page above, the Stripe payment form works in Chrome and Edge, but if you try to acccess in in FireFox, you are unable to use it.
    If you use the “web console” tool, you can see a couple of js errors.
    We initally raised the issue with WPForms, but after some investigaton, they told this was an issue with the theme.
    Please could you advise if there is any way to avoid these errors?

    I have checked your website using Chrome and Firefox and I can’t find the difference. This is the view of Firefox: https://ibb.co/VQs35fj

    Do you still experience this issue and if so – could you please let me know what I’m missing? (there are no errors in the console of Firefox either).

    Hi Vytis,
    Thanks for looking into my problem, and getting back to me.

    The error is still there; I’ve asked somone else to check for me an they have a similar problem.

    I’ve taken screen shots of the error and how the payment part of the form looks – you can see it doesn’t say card number, like it does in your screen shot.

    So the problem is that the placeholder (text) and the icon are not visible in the input?

    Hi Vytis,
    The problem is I can’t type in the Card number field. (on other browers, before you type in your card number, there is “card number” placeholder text, but the fact that isn’t there is not really the issue)

    I’m using Firefox 81.0.1 (64 bit), running on Windows 10 Home, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.1082

    I can replicate the issue on Firefox. Kindly confirm which plugin are you using for Stripe integration so we can further test it from our end.

    We’re using the stripe add-on included in WPForms.

    Hi @johncook76,

    We are not able to check the plugin as it’s a paid addon, however, based on your screenshots I see no errors coming from the theme but they are coming from the plugin.

    To make sure – are you able to switch to another theme (let’s say default WordPress twenty twentytheme) and check if everything works as expected then?

    Maybe their support also provided information about what’s exactly wrong with the theme and what should be added for this functionality to work if it’s theme related issue?
