  • Hi nstratman,

Calendar on that page is rendered, but nothing is working. I can’t change the dates or anything. There was an issue with shortcodes that we fixed in the upcoming 2.3.9 release (I think it will be released today or in the beginning of next week). That update should fix this issue and lets see then if the conflict with your “Table of Contents” plugin still remains.

Let us know please, did the update help.

    Thanks a lot,
    Pavel.

Thanks I’ll look out for 2.3.9 and let you know how it goes.

Hi I’ve now updated to 2.3.10 and the problem is still there. If I use only the [toc] shortcode it works fine, if I add a calendar shortcode, the toc disappears.

I’m now working with the operational site, so the page which shows the issue is a test page at https://www.cockfield.org.uk/new-cc-page/

The shortcode on the page is
    [ai1ec view=”posterboard” events_limit=”10″ cat_name=”Community Council”]

    Hi

Yeah, I can see that all JS works there now and can see some traces of your TOC plugin there (css file and some comments in HTML). Usually we keep all what our plugin adds to the page very isolated, and in most cases it doesn’t interferer with other add-ons.

Can you please contact the TOC plugin authors? Maybe they have similar issues with other shortcodes as well. Perhaps, it’s something wrong on their side. If not – let us know please, we’ll do our best to fix it ASAP.

    Best regards,
    Pavel.

Thanks yes I did post the original problem to the TOC author but no response yet. I’ve just updated to 2.3.11 the problem remains.

By the way before I update any plugin, I click the view details link on the main plugin page to see what’s in the update. For your plugin nothing is ever displayed. I get the overall pop up layout with the 2 background colours, but no content.

    Hi nstratman,

“View details” link – This has been fixed in the latest 2.3.11 version, if you still do not see the content in a popup window, please create a new topic for this issue.

    Thanks,
    Ben

I will thanks – I’m fairly sure it didn’t work for 2.3.11 but it’s possible I didn’t check. I’ll look again next time you publish an update and I’ll create a new topic if it doesn’t work.
